Here’s the first installment of “100 Words” for 2008. Lord knows I keep words floating around in my head. And where there are words, there are sentences. Where there are words, there are special messages just waiting for me to assemble them into an Ashe.Selah moment. Feels great to share a hundred of them with you….and me.

As I reviewed my list, I noticed a pattern of opposites. I guess when you’re in a middle space, deciding what and how to feel, you kinda feel everything. And that’s okay, because within process there is progress…and I’m alright with that.

One hundred of them…remember that? How ’bout their hidden inspirational messages? Well, it’s been a minute since I’ve searched my heart, mind, and soul for the month’s fab 100. Words and I are gonna get real close this year, especially with tens of thousands of them to write to finish the novel (or, do I hear novella lol); this will explain much shorter blog posts in the future…unless I’m just full….flow with me.

Which is a good thing for some facets of the month…like rebounding from a few life blows….book drama with the family. Other moments, I could have pressed pause. This early glimpse of summer is beautiful. Every part of me is opened wide in anticipation of more Love, more beauty, more direction, more clarity…the sky is not my limit.

Wow, April has really been a month of extremes — the highest highs…the brightest smiles…intense moments filled with the lowest lows. And somehow, things still come out perfect. Like my upcoming anniversary. How beautiful is thirteen years?! That’s time and energy at its best, creating a relationship that lasts…family that’s secure. Thanks God!
